All Elite Spa Group Inc. locations require 24 hours notice for all rescheduled or canceled appointments, if your appointment happens to fall on a Tuesday we require cancellation of these appointments by the end of business day Saturday (6:00pm). If any appointment is not rescheduled or canceled within these perimeters, 100% of the services will be charged to the credit card on file or added to your account. This charge must be paid in full prior to the start of your next appointment.

All packages or group bookings of two or more people require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. If any appointment is not rescheduled or canceled within these perimeters, 100% of the services will be charged to the credit card on file.

We ask that all customers come approximately 10 minutes before their appointment time. Please ensure the Health History form sent to you via email is filled out prior to your appointment! Please be aware we require a valid credit card number to reserve all appointments. 

We require a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment. You should receive a confirmation email or text of your booking date & time. For group bookings a valid credit card number is required for and authorization and to reserve your group/party booking

In order to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, please turn all cell phones to silent for all appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a tranquil spa environment. For the comfort and safety of all our staff and guests, kindly note that children aged 12 and under are not permitted in the spa during appointments. This policy ensures a serene experience for everyone. We appreciate your support in creating a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation and therapeutic sessions. Thank you for your understanding.

It is VERY important that we mention both Elite Spa's skin care line (Eminence Organic Skin Care) CONTAINS NUTS & TREE-NUTS. This does not apply to all products, although we do find this information imperative to provide to all of our clients. 

The spa accepts Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Elite Spa Gift Cards or Certificates as payment. 

Use of this gift card can be redeemed at any Elite Spa Group location. There is no expiry on ESG Gift Cards. This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. All purchases are final.

Though we do accommodate walk-ins when we can, booking ahead of time is a much better way of guaranteeing appointments. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
