All Elite Spa Group Inc. locations require 24 hours notice for all rescheduled or cancelled appointments, if your appointment happens to fall on a Tuesday we require cancellation of these appointments by the end of business day Saturday. All Packages or Group bookings over two people require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. 

If any appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within these perimeters, 100% of the services will be charged to the credit card on file or added onto your account. This charge must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.
